The Reports feature provides users with the ability to generate and access various reports related to different aspects of the system, such as job orders, unit performance, driver activity, and cargo tracking. These reports offer valuable insights into operations, enabling data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring. Users can customize report parameters, such as date ranges and report types, to retrieve the specific information they need.
Users can view a list of generated reports in a structured table. The table displays key details for each report, including the report type, creation date, the date range covered by the report (From & To), and the current status of the report (e.g., Executed).
The deletion action for each report is accessible through a menu (represented by three vertical dots) located in the "Action" column.
Users can generate new reports by selecting the report type, specifying the relevant criteria, and defining the date range. To create a new report, follow these steps:
Click Create Report.
Choose the desired report type from the available options. Each report type provides specific information related to different aspects of the operations:
o Driver Report: Focuses on job orders assigned to each driver and generates the total job order statuses. It helps monitor driver performance and efficiency
o Unit Report: Provides job order-related insights for each unit, including the total number of job orders assigned, the total count of visited stops, planned distance and time, and actual distance and time. Useful for optimizing vehicle utilization.
o Job Order Report: Provides the total number of job orders, the status of each one, along with the percentage of completed orders.
o Job Order Departure Status: Tracks job order IDs, creation dates, plan names, job order types, planned start dates, actual start dates, unit names, driver names, job order statuses, performance, and departure statuses (Early, Late, On-Time, Missed, Completed with Missed).
o Weight Report: Logs the weight of cargo handled per job order and at each stop, ensuring compliance with weight limits and accurate load distribution.
Specify the relevant criteria. For example, for a Driver Report, you might select a specific driver or a group of drivers from the "Drivers" dropdown menu. (As shown in the below image, the user has selected "Selim-Driver +4" in the driver selection field).
