The Dashboard serves as the central hub for monitoring and analyzing operational performance. It provides a comprehensive overview of key metrics, including trip statuses, job order statistics, stop performance, and distance/time tracking. With interactive graphs and dynamic data visualization, users can quickly identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. The Dashboard also offers seamless navigation to other system features, enabling users to take immediate action based on insights gained. By default, the time interval is set to today; however, users can adjust it to cover up to one month for a broader analysis of performance trends.
The Trips Status section provides a summary of tripsโ performance:
o Late Trips: Number of trips that started after the planned time.
o Early Trips: Number of trips started before the planned time.
o On-time Trips: Number of trips completed as scheduled.
o Missed Trips: Number of trips that were not completed.
o Trips with Missed Stops: Number of trips where some stops were missed.
The Order Status section provides an overview of all job ordersโ statuses, presented as both a summary list and a dynamic graph. Users can generate a specific status graph by clicking on the following statuses within the graph:
o In Progress: Number of job orders currently being executed.
o Completed: Number of job orders successfully completed.
o Completed with Missed: Number of job orders completed but with missed stops.
o Cancelled with Missed: Number of incomplete job orders with at least one stop visited.
o Delayed: Number of job orders delayed beyond the planned time.
o Cancelled: Number of job orders cancelled before execution.
o Scheduled: Number of job orders planned but not yet started.
The Total Stops section provides an overview of all stops within job orders, represented as both a summary list and dynamic graphs. Users can analyze stop performance through the following key indicators:
o Remaining Stops: The number of stops yet to be visited.
o Visited Stops: The number of successfully completed stops.
o Missed Stops: The number of stops that were not visited as planned.
Users can interact with the graph to view specific status trends over time.
This section presents distance and time tracking data through interactive charts, providing insights into planned versus actual performance:
Distance Tracking
o Total Planned Distance: The expected kilometers for all job orders.
o Total Actual Distance: The actual kilometers covered during execution.
o Less Distance: The variance between planned and actual distance, highlighting potential route inefficiencies.
Time Tracking
o Total Planned Time: The scheduled duration for all job orders.
o Total Actual Time: The actual time taken to complete trips.
o Less Time: The difference between planned and actual time, indicating operational efficiency.
