The Plans feature enables users to schedule and automate repetitive job orders efficiently. By defining a plan, users can ensure that job orders are executed at set intervals with predefined parameters, reducing manual scheduling efforts. Plans include job details, assigned units, drivers, and optimized routes for smooth execution.

Plans List

Users can view all created plans in a structured table with key details such as Plan Name, Status, Start Date, End Date, and Route Name. The list can be filtered or searched based on specific criteria, allowing quick access to relevant plans.

Additionally, users can:

o Monitor, edit, or delete plans as needed.

o Search and filter job orders by ID, unit, points, and other relevant criteria:

Creating a plan

Users can create a new plan by following these steps:

  1. Click Create Plan.

  2. Enter the Plan Name and select the Type from the dropdown list.

  3. Set the Planned Start Date and Planned End Date.

  4. Specify the Start Job Order Time.

  5. Choose whether the job order is Daily or Custom for repetition.

  6. Select a Unit Group and assign the Main Unit.

  7. Choose a Detection Type from the dropdown.

  8. Assign one or more Drivers and select a Main Driver.

  9. Select a Predefined Route to be used in the plan.

  10. Click Save to finalize the Plan creation.
