The Incidents feature enables drivers to report transportation-related incidents via the driver app, while system users in the web application manage the incident lifecycle. This ensures timely updates, resolution, and prevention of delays in job orders, improving operational efficiency and transparency.
While using the mobile application, drivers can report incidents that occur during operation. This feature enables them to log each incident and provide the necessary details, helping reduce delays and enhance transparency. Once an incident is reported, the system classifies it as “Open.” The user can then update the status to “In Progress” by tapping the three dots in the vertical "Actions" column. After completing the required actions, the user must update the status to “Resolved” to confirm that the issue has been addressed.
