The Smart Taxi Admin Portal is the internal operational interface used by AFAQY teams to configure, monitor, and govern the Smart Taxi ecosystem across all client accounts.

It provides system-level visibility, operational control, compliance monitoring, and configuration management beyond the scope available to Client users.

Access to the Admin Portal is restricted to authorized AFAQY personnel.

Purpose

The Admin Portal enables AFAQY teams to:

Monitor live and historical trips across accounts
Manage vehicle activation and lifecycle states
Configure fare structures and operational rules
Oversee regulatory trip dispatch and validation
Govern advertising deployment
Review operational and financial reports
Manage client account configurations

Unlike the Client Portal, the Admin Portal supports cross-account access and broader system visibility.

Accessing the Admin Portal

The Admin Portal is accessed through the AVL system.

Access Method

Log in to the AVL system.
Click on the grid icon, which represents the User Apps.

Select Smart Taxi.
The Smart Taxi Admin Portal will open in a new tab.

This access flow is similar to how Senseware is launched using the Login as App option inside AVL.

Access permissions are determined by the user’s assigned role within the system.

Role Scope

Admin users have:

Cross-account visibility
Access to configuration modules
Compliance monitoring capabilities
Broader financial reporting visibility (subject to internal policy)

Client users do not have access to the Admin Portal.
