The Advertisements module allows administrators to manage media content displayed on the in-vehicle passenger tablet.

Advertisements are account-specific.

Overview

The page includes:

• Search bar
• Account selector
• Add New button
• Advertisement table

Important Notice:

The maximum number of advertisements per account is 5.

Empty State

If no account is selected:

• The table remains empty
• A message indicates no data is available

Advertisement Table

Each row represents a configured advertisement.

Columns

• Ad Name

• Uploaded By

• Sequence

• Working Days

• Valid From

• Valid To

• Image/Video

• Action Menu

Adding a New Advertisement

Click Add New to open the Add Advertisement page.

Advertisement Fields

Name

Advertisement title.

Sequence

Defines display order priority.

Accounts

Select associated account.

Vehicles

Select vehicles where the ad will be displayed.

Working Days

Select applicable display days.

Valid From

Start date and time.

Valid To

End date and time.

Media Upload

Upload image or video file.

File constraints:

• JPEG or PNG (under 2MB for images)
• Video files under 8MB

Media Requirements

Advertisements must meet size limitations:

• Images: JPEG / PNG under 2MB
• Videos: Under 8MB
