The Trip Status module provides centralized visibility of all trips within the system.

It allows administrators to search, filter, sort, and review trip records across client accounts.

This module supports operational monitoring, performance tracking, and trip-level investigation.

Overview

The Trip Status page displays a paginated table of trip records.

Each row represents a single trip and includes key trip-level information.

Administrators can:

• Search for specific trips
• Filter trips by account
• Filter by trip status
• Sort by time
• Navigate through historical records

Administrators can control the visibility of any column—such as Vehicle Name, Taxi Type, Pickup Address, Drop‑off Address, Total Fare, Trip Start Time, Trip End Time and Trip Status—by clicking the :screenshot-2026-02-22-033641: icon to show or hide columns as needed

Account Filter

An account dropdown allows administrators to:

• View trips for a specific client account
• View trips across all accounts

The selected account directly filters the table results.

Search Functionality

A global search bar allows administrators to search by:

• Trip ID
• Vehicle Name

Search results update dynamically.

Status Filter

A status dropdown allows filtering trips by their current state, such as:

• Ongoing
• Finished

The table updates immediately when a status is selected.

Sorting

Columns such as:

• Trip Start Time
• Trip Stop Time

Support ascending and descending sorting.

Table Columns

The Trip Status table includes the following fields:

• Trip ID – Unique identifier for the trip
• Vehicle Name – Assigned vehicle
• Taxi Type – Public / Airport
• Pickup Address – Trip starting location
• Drop-off Address – Trip ending location
• Total Fare – Final trip amount
• Trip Start Time – Timestamp when the trip began
• Trip Stop Time – Timestamp when the trip ended
• Trip Status – Current trip state
• Details Action – View trip details

Pagination

Administrators can navigate between pages, view total number of entries, and select number of records displayed per page.

Use Cases

The Trip Status module is used for:

• Reviewing completed trips
• Monitoring ongoing trips
• Searching for specific Trip IDs
• Investigating fare values
• Auditing historical trip records
• Identifying GPS-related issues

Trip Details View

This view provides complete trip-level breakdown including:

• Trip metadata
• Location details
• Fare breakdown
• Route map
