The Trailers module enables users to manage, monitor, and analyze trailers independently or in association with vehicles. It provides centralized visibility into trailer identity, assignment, status, and operational usage, supporting better fleet utilization and compliance.
Trailers are treated as first-class assets within the platform and can be tracked, assigned, and reported on separately from powered units.
The trailers list displays all registered trailers in the system.
To choose columns that display additional details about the trailer, click the :columns: icon located in the table header. The Drivers section includes the following columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| # | The sequence number of the trailer in the table (Indelible). |
| Name | The name of the trailer as registered in the system (Indelible). |
| iButton | The unique iButton identifier assigned to the trailer for identification and authorization. |
| RFID | The RFID card number linked to the trailer for access control or driver identification. |
| Actions | The actions applied on the trailer (Edit, Activate/Deactivate) |
