The Accounts section governs user management and access roles across the Tepra Core ecosystem. It is divided into two parts: Users and Roles.

Users

User List Features

• Name
• Username
• User Role
• Email Address
• Contact Number
• Assigned App
• Actions: Edit, Clone, Manage Access, Assign App, Archive

The list is searchable by Name, Username, and Email, and includes a filter panel for User Role and Assigned App.

User Creation Steps

1. Navigate to Accounts > Users, click Add New.
2. Fill required fields:
   • Name, Username, Email Address, and select Assigned App and User Role.
3. Optionally fill:
   • Arabic name, contact number.
4. Click Save.

Roles

Roles control access permissions for each user by application. Each role can be tied to one or more applications like Fleet, IVMS, and Tepra Core.

Roles List Features

• Role Name in English
• Role Name in Arabic
• Assigned Users
• Permissions (associated applications)
• Creation Date
• Actions: Edit, Delete

Role Creation Steps

1. Navigate to Accounts > Roles, click Add New.
2. Fill Role Name in English and optionally Role Name in Arabic.
3. Expand the sections for Fleet, IVMS, Tepra, or other apps.
4. Check relevant permissions.
   • Fleet Permissions
   • Tepra Permissions
   • IVMS Permissions
5. Click Save.

The permissions assigned here define what users under that role can do inside the application, such as creating drivers, reading reports, or assigning vehicles.
