The Users list page displays all users currently registered in the system. You can view each user's:

• Name
• Username
• Department
• Region
• Actions (e.g., archive)

You can also use the Filter panel to narrow down the list based on:

• Name
• Username
• Department
• Region

Click Apply Filters to update the list.

There is also the Users Archive tab that lists all previously archived users. This view supports the same columns and pagination options as the active list.

Actions

Available actions include:

• Archive User (Available for admin users only):

  Click the Deactivate icon :screenshot-2025-07-16-164136: under the Actions column to archive a user. Archived users will be moved to the Users Archive tab.

• Search using the :screenshot-2025-07-16-152044: icons in each column header.

• Sort by clicking the :screenshot-2025-07-16-152141: icon in applicable columns.

• Pagination & Sorting:

  • Navigate between pages using the controls at the bottom.
  • Sort the list by clicking the column headers.
