The Meters History section logs all historical odometer readings entered into the system for each vehicle. This log ensures full traceability of mileage input — whether manual or system-generated — and helps validate service scheduling or vehicle usage.

View

• Table displaying:
  • Vehicle Name / Plate Number
  • Date
  • Odometer
  • Actions
• Paginated view with navigation and item count per page

Filter

Available filters (appear in the right panel):

• Name – Filter by data source:
  • Manually entered
  • GPS integration
  • Fuel Entry
  • Issue
  • Service Entry
  • Work Order
• Click Apply Filters to narrow the results.

Create

To manually log an odometer entry:

1. Click + Add New

   

2. Complete the form:

   • Vehicle (dropdown) — required
   • Odometer value — required
   • Void Odometer (optional checkbox to skip entering the value)
   • Date (selectable)
   • Time (selectable)

3. Click Save

Actions

• Edit or delete odometer entries via the Actions column (visible if data is present)
• View entry source in the filter for audit trail

ℹ️ This section does not include engine hour history — it is strictly for odometer readings.
