The Inspection Forms section allows users to create, manage, and organize inspection templates to standardize and streamline vehicle inspection processes.

View

On the main Inspection Forms page, users can:

• View a list of all created forms.
• Check how many times each form was used under Completed inspection usage.
• Switch between Active and Archived forms using the tabs at the top.
• Paginate through forms if multiple exist.

Actions

Each form entry includes quick access buttons for the following actions:

• Clone: Replicate an existing form to save time.
• Archive: Move a form to the archived list if it is no longer in active use.
• Print: Instantly print a form for any vehicle you select.
• Edit: Modify the form name, sections, and items.

Create

To create a new inspection form:

1. Click the Add New button.
2. Enter a Form Name.
3. Add one or more Sections:
   • Each section can contain multiple Items.
   • For each item, specify:
     • Item Name
     • Item Type (dropdown selection)
     • Requires Image: Choose Yes or No
4. Use "Add another item" to add more entries under the same section.
5. Use "Add another section" to include more groups of items.
6. Click Save to finalize the form.
