The Completed Inspections section is focused on recording and managing actual inspection results. It provides a centralized view of all previously conducted inspections. Users can easily search for specific inspections, initiate new ones, or void outdated entries—all from a single, streamlined interface.

View

• The Completed Inspections table shows:
  • Vehicle Name
  • Inspection Date
  • Inspection Status (Passed/Failed)
• You can filter inspections by Vehicle & Inspection Status

Actions

Users can:

• Search by vehicle name to check historical inspections.
• Review attached images and recommendations in inspection details.
• Void outdated entries

Create

1. Click Add New to log a new completed inspection.
2. Select:
   • Vehicle from dropdown
   • Inspection Template to be used
3. Fill out the form sections (e.g., General Information, Exterior, Coupling Devices, Summary).
4. For each section:
   • Enter Condition Details
   • Upload Images as evidence if required
5. Click Save to log the inspection.
