The Accidents section is used to document any vehicle-related incidents involving collisions, damage, or other safety-related events. Each accident report captures essential data about the vehicle, driver, date, and assigned personnel — allowing your team to investigate and follow up as needed.

View

The main accident log is displayed in a tabular layout with the following columns:

Pagination and row-limit controls are available at the bottom of the table.

Filter

Clicking Filter opens a right-side panel with the following fields:

Click Apply Filters to refine the table based on your selected criteria.

You can:

🔍 Search by vehicle, user, or status

🧮 Sort by date or assignment

📤 Export the list for insurance or audit records

Create

To log a new accident:

  1. Click Add New
  2. Complete the form:

âœī¸ Edit: Update any field or attachments

đŸ—ƒī¸ Archive: Move old or resolved accidents to storage

â™ģī¸ Restore: Reactivate archived entries

đŸšĻ Update Status: Reflect progress (e.g., from Open to Closed)

🛈 You can also customize status colors and labels in the Accident Status settings.

â„šī¸ Supporting documents (e.g., photos, reports) can only be uploaded after saving the accident entry.
